This beautiful 4 bedroom villa overlooking the sea has an adjoining studio and is a 5 minute walk from the Elephants beach which has a beach restaurant and sun beds. The beach of La Nartelle is a 5 minute drive away, with many restaurants and water sports to choose from.
This property can accommodate 10 people comfortably. There are four bedrooms in the main house, all with access to the garden and beautiful views, an adjoining studio with a kitchenette, living room and bathroom with bathtub. The studio will be at prepared and at your disposal if you are more than 8 people, upon request and availabilities (with a supplement).
There is also an entrance hallway, with guest toilet and plenty of storage space.
There is a large kitchen with a central island, popular for cooks, a comfortable living room, which opens onto the pool terrace where you can relax on the deckchairs, as well as an indoor outdoor living space to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinners, by the pool.
The dining room has access to another terrace with a sea view. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors.
The living room has access to the garden with a superb sea view, deckchairs are provided to ensure you are able to relax and enjoy the stunning sea view!
There is a television in the living room and in all the other rooms of the villa, except in the studio.
The west side of the house offers two bedrooms:
First bedroom has two single beds (90cm)
Second bedroom has a double bed (140cm) with a separate bathroom and toilet.
On the east side of the house, there are two bedrooms:
First bedroom has a double bed (180cm) and a large bathroom
Second bedroom has one double bed (160cm) a living room and a bathroom

This Provençal property is close to the shops of Les Issambres and about a ten minute drive from the center of Sainte-Maxime, its shops and restaurants.
For a visit to Saint-Tropez you can take a boat trip from Les Issambres or Sainte Maxime.

The weekly rental price includes the cleaning of the villa at the end of your stay, sheets and towels are provided.
A cleaning lady is appointed every Tuesday morning from 9am to 12pm, if you require additional cleaning, please ask Julius Homes.
