Villa Noor Can accommodate 8 guests, it has 4 en-suite bedrooms.
The villa is a great option for small groups and families. We do not accept large groups, this is not a party villa. Villa Noor includes 4 large en-suite bedrooms with their own bathrooms, 2 large lounge areas with TV that include Cable and Netflix.
Villa Noor is Licensed by Dubai Tourism.
The house is situated next to a Private Beach & Pool. We also have lovely staff on hand as well. This designer Noor Garden home has beautiful balconies, terraces and windows that open out to the beach, it is the perfect setting, for easy access to the Palm Jumeirah's activities and is perfectly located to explore Dubai's resorts, beaches and malls.
This villa is ideal for groups, multigenerational families and friends coming together. If you are traveling with children, you will not want to miss the local Atlantis water park or the four recently opened theme parks.
There is a good wifi connection throughout the villa and terrace.
Every morning our staff will prepare a continental breakfast in the dining room or on the terrace. Our staff are also available to cook lunch, dinner or a BBQ and to prepare drinks on demand (additional fees).
The house is situated in a private gated community, which allows you to enjoy calm peaceful days waking up to the silence and tranquility of the sea. Mere steps away from the villa is the white sandy beach where you can enjoy swimming in the sea.

There are 4 bathrooms in this villa.
All 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is one additional powder room in the Lobby area. All Towels, beach towels and hairdryers are provided.
STAFF:
The villa is staffed with one person who stays in the villa and has her own private area.
LAUNDRY:
A washing machine is available along with steam iron and ironing board.

There is a fully equipped Kitchen with facilities that include an electric cooker and oven, 2 fridge freezers, integrated wine fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, smoothie machine, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

There is a 65-inch television, featuring 200+ channels including sports channels and movie channels. There is also a CD Player
Other things to note:
The Palm Jumeirah is a private community; big parties are not allowed.
Many VIP’s live on the Palm Jumeirah so Nakheel Security ensures that only legitimate guests or visitors with prior approval (by submitting IDs in advance) are entitled to access these particular areas. This guarantees your privacy and safety like no other!

The house is cleaned everyday and towels changed when requested.
