Best time to visit

Winter (November – April): For skiing, snowboarding, and all things snow-related, winter is the best time. Weather: Verbier’s ski season generally runs from late November to April, with the best snow conditions often in January and February. Summer is ideal for hiking and outdoor activities.   Travel: Verbier is easily accessible by car, bus, or train from Geneva (about 2 hours) and Zurich (about 3 hours). The nearest major airport is Geneva Airport. Dress Code: In winter, be sure to pack warm, layered clothing for skiing and après-ski activities.
