• Yes, Julius Homes offers discounted rates for mid-term stays. • Book for 28 nights or more and receive an automatic mid-term discount on the total price.
Do I pay city tax?
• Yes, guests must pay the city tax required by the government authority for each destination. • The city tax is included in the reservation breakdown.
What is your check-in/check-out process?
• Check-in and check-out times vary by destination and property. • Choose between meet and greet or self-check-in, depending on the property type. • Late/early check-in/out available upon request, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
• Our cancellation policy varies by property and is provided before booking. • If you cancel, you'll receive a refund, but credit card fees on the original payment won't be reimbursed. • Contact us with any refund inquiries.
