House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Any evidence of smoking, such as odors or residues, failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit. The property holds a valid license from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). We require a copy of your passport prior to arrival for registration with the Dubai Tourism Department. A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night will apply, as mandated by Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Please note that there is a charge of AED 1,500 from your deposit for each lost of parking remote or set of keys. Please Note: Dubai is a vibrant and ever-evolving city, which means there may be occasional construction nearby.
